Founded in 1999 we are specialists in the fields of play, childcare & early years education and workforce issues across the children’s services and social care. We also undertake projects linking a wide range of social, environmental and economic policy areas. Our services incorporate all aspects of public and voluntary service planning; encompassing performance audit and review, strategy and service development, resource planning, policy and scheme evaluation, and investigative research.
